These terms are an agreement between you and Califica AI Corporation, a Delaware corporation in the United States, which runs Superpills. By using Superpills, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
The service
Superpills lets you connect your TikTok, Instagram and Facebook accounts to see your posts and their views in one place. Scheduling and publishing, including from AI agents, are being added. Superpills is in early access: features may change, and it is provided as it is.
Your accounts
Connect only accounts you own or are allowed to manage. You are responsible for what is published from them and for following each network's rules. You can disconnect any account at any time.
Your content
Your posts and content remain yours. You allow us to store, process and publish them only as needed to do what you ask Superpills to do.
Acceptable use
Do not use Superpills to send spam, publish illegal or harmful content, break the rules of TikTok, Instagram or Facebook, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.
Other platforms
TikTok, Instagram and Facebook are run by other companies, under their own terms. Superpills is not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and is not responsible when their services change or stop working.
Price
Superpills is free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you before you are charged anything.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Superpills is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or posts that fail to publish.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and tell you about important changes.
